Join us for our central, traditional First Night Seder, and enjoy a warm, uplifting atmosphere at our elegant Second Night Seder.
Both Seders are led by an experienced Rabbi and Chazan, bringing meaning, melody, and insight to the evening.
Two distinct Seder experiences are offered: one in English, the other in Hebrew—each in its own dedicated setting, allowing every guest to feel fully at ease.
Families may also opt for the semi-private family Seder experience
Matza Shmura (handmade) is served for these Seders.
Ashkenazi and Sephardic Minyanim
Two fully dedicated synagogue spaces are available on site, offering both Ashkenazi and Sephardic Minyanim throughout the holiday.
A team of mashgichim is permanently present to uphold the highest standards of kashrut, including unique and rare hidurim for an elevated Pesach experience.

Rabbi Shaul (Saul) Kelly — London, UK
Rabbi Saul Kelly is the Director of the Campus Department at Aish UK and Chief Commercial Officer at Jewish Futures Trust, London. He studied mathematics and computer science at Imperial College London (BSc Hons), after attending Hasmonean High School and Yeshivat Hakotel.
Inspired by his role as a madrich, Saul founded “Od Avinu Hai,” an outreach initiative for London’s Sephardi community, which grew to over 700 members in its first year.
He then spent four years of full-time learning in Israel at Yeshivat Darche Noam, Yeshivat Mir, and the Jerusalem Kollel under Rabbi Yitzchok Berkovits.
Shimon Farkas is a renowned cantor, singer, and performer originally from Hungary, now living in Australia. He received the Medal of the Order of Australia in 2008. Since 1971, he has served as Chief Cantor at The Central Synagogue of Sydney, with a ten-year break.
His career began in 1967 at the Orthodox Shaarei Shomayim synagogue in Windsor, Ontario. In 1969–70, he led High Holiday services in Cincinnati, Ohio, while studying at Yeshiva University and Bar Ilan University in Israel, where he met his wife, Veronica Weisz. They later moved to Sydney.
His sons, Dov and Chaim, followed his path:
Dov served as Cantor of the South Head Synagogue in Sydney and as Cantor of the Chabad House of Caulfield – 770 in Melbourne, before becoming Chief Cantor of the Caulfield Hebrew Congregation.
Chaim is President of Ichud Shivat Tzion in Tel Aviv and occasionally leads services there.
