Three meals a day, two Sedarim, tea rooms from morning to midnight — all of it Glatt Kosher LeMehadrin, all of it prepared on site for the duration of the Chag. In the Algarve, the light comes off the lagoon and the dining room opens onto it.
The hotel is kosherized in full for the program and run as Glatt Kosher LeMehadrin throughout. Mashgichim are present on site for the whole of the Chag, and Shmura Matza is served at every meal — the same standard Olam Holidays applies in each of its destinations, with no exception made for the distance.

Both Seder nights are part of the stay, not an option to add. Sit at the communal table, led by an officiating Chazan, or take a semi-private family Seder at your own pace — the choice is yours, and handmade Shmura Matza is on the table either way. Everything else, we handle.
Our chefs work the traditional repertoire the way it deserves — the dishes a family recognises, made properly, with the technique of a five-star kitchen behind them. Buffets are laid out to be generous without being heavy, and there is always something on the pass that was not on yesterday's. The pastry section runs alongside, and it is not an afterthought.
Mornings open with an Israeli breakfast that changes theme from one day to the next. Afternoons belong to the tea room and the daily Sweet Hour. If you are heading out to the islands or into the Algarve during Chol Hamoed, lunch boxes are prepared so nobody has to think about it. And the Chag closes with a Mimouna — the rhythms, colours and flavours carried down from North Africa, served here at the edge of the Atlantic.
