Join us for a central, traditional First Night Seder, and a warm, uplifting Second Night Seder — both led by an experienced Rabbi and Chazan who bring meaning, melody and insight to the evening.
Two distinct experiences are offered, one in English and one in Hebrew, each in its own dedicated setting so every guest feels fully at ease. Families may also opt for a semi-private family Seder. Handmade Matza Shmura is served at all Sedarim.
The entire program is prepared under the supervision of Rabbi Eliezer Wolff, Dayan of Amsterdam — Glatt Kosher LeMehadrin, with no kitniot and no gebrokts, and handmade Shmura Matza on the Seder nights.
A permanent team of mashgichim is present throughout the Chag, maintaining rigorous standards and rare hidurim so you can savour every meal with complete peace of mind.
Each year, Olam Holidays welcomes esteemed Rabbanim and renowned Chazanim who fill the Chag with Torah, song and inspiration. The 2027 line-up will be announced soon.
